4 Steps to Calm and Resilience

This is a 4 – 8 week Calm in the City experiential programme on the 4 Steps to Calm and Resilience. Specifically developed to provide both insight and practical experience, the progressive steps enable an understanding of the process of mindfulness and meditation.

Key outcomes from this programme include increased resilience, physical and emotional wellbeing, awareness and calm. No previous experience in meditation is required.

Each session is approximately 40 minutes long and can be delivered before work.

Resources required: Chairs, comfortable clothing, quiet space.

Follow-up facilitated ‘refresher’ meditation sessions are available to support the programme. Further, 1-day ‘Calm out of the City’ day retreats are available throughout the year to participants who would like to deepen their practice.
